When it comes to health & safety, knowing who is onsite is an absolutely key point.
With Intercept’s visitor management system sites can keep an up to date running report of who is on site, what company they belong too, contact phone numbers, any vehicle registrations associated with the visitor, are able to take a photo of the visitor and their ID and have it all available at a click of a button. Other fields can be added as well including induction dates etc at the client request.
If for any reason the site needs to be evacuated, then all that needs to be done is to grab the portable device, take it too the evacuation area and start swiping everyone’s cards. This will then provide an accurate number of people still unaccounted for, who they are and if search teams need to be dispatched to locate the individual/s.
